I just realised that I have been teaching crochet workshops for over seven years! So I am taking a moment to write some words about this workshop.
I have taught over 300 people to crochet a Granny Square and so many have gone on to create amazing crocheted items. As a workshop, it is a real rollercoaster, when the class starts I always try and reassure the attendees, as crochet is tricky to master but once you get going, it is a real joy and there are so many things you can create.
The classes always have a really lovely atmosphere, where I try and encourage positivity and the attendees help and support each other.
Left Handed? Not a problem. I have guides ready for you and I can also crochet with my left hand, so we can get you started!
When we moved in to The Corp Market I started a Crochet a Jumper workshop after designing a pattern that was simple and straightforward to get started on making your own garments. If you can chain and Double crochet, join us to crochet yourself a jumper. The pattern includes a hack so you can also make a tank top, dress or children sizes.
CROCHET KLAXON: In the Summer on 2022, WWE came to Cardiff for Clash Of The Castle, I was approached by them to knit a jumper for a Wrestler and Crochet a Title Belt! This was so much fun and with the help of two friends we made this real size title!
