Make a made to measure pair of dungarees with up to five pockets, clips straps and tapered leg.

You will need to bring 3 metres of a prewashed medium weight fabric, cord or twill work great. You will take home your dungarees, pattern and instructions so you can make more in all the colours.

How to join a Granny Square

So, you have a huge pile of Granny Squares and you want to make something amazing. Here is a super easy, neat and simple way to join your Granny squares together.

Like most crafts there are loads of ways to do this but this is my go to way as you work into the corners and gaps making it simple to see where you are putting your hook.

Crocheting the squares together:

Place two squares right side together.

SS through both corner gaps, *Ch3, SC into first gaps* repeat * - * until corners, SS through the corners. Fasten off.

Give me a blanket, bed sheet and a tea towel and I will make you an amazing dress.

Here is a recent make.

A friend gave me a blanket, bed sheet and a tea towel and I made her this amazing dress. The blanket was an original St. Michael’s blanket and I keep the pink ribbon edging around the sleeve and dress hem. The front is a tea towel and to ensure a nice fit I created an elasticated bodice, with the bedsheet, on the back. I have also lines the dress with the bedsheet to make sure it doesn’t get itchy!
