As a small business, once bookings are made they are non refundable.

Why? We use the payments to pay for kits, create patterns and guides for the workshop you have signed up for.

Fees also cover: overheads and administration fees.

If you'd like to pay in instalments, please let us know.

Cancelled Workshop

If a workshop can not go ahead, we will endeavour to reschedule the date as soon as possible and for a time and date which suits you.

Crappy Craft Club and Mabel’s Craft Club bookings are non refundable, but you can transfer to a pal!

Seven Days Before the Workshop
Workshop dates can be transferred if at least seven days notice is given, there will be a administration fee of £10 for craft workshops and £20 for Sewing Workshops.

Twenty Four Hours Before the Workshop

Unless we can fill the space, you will need to rebook.

Twin Made Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for six months and can be used for workshops and craft kits, they can not be used for collaborative workshops.

Please ensure you have redeemed the voucher before the expiry date.

Anti Social Behaviour

Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated. If you are rude or aggressive you will be asked to leave the workshop and your workshop fee will not be refunded.
