Terms and Conditions

As a small business, once bookings are made they are non refundable.

Why? I use the payments to pay for kits, create patterns and guides for the workshop you have signed up for.

Fees also cover: overheads and administration fees.

If you'd like to pay in instalments, please let me know.

For group bookings: If any members of the group are unable to attend, their deposit will not be used towards the remaining payment.

Cancelled Workshop

If a workshop can not go ahead, I will endeavour to reschedule the date as soon as possible and for a time and date which suits you.

Crappy Craft Club and Mabel’s Craft Club bookings are non refundable, but you can transfer to a pal!

Forty-Eight Hours Before the Workshop

If less than 48 hours notice is given, of you being unable to attend a workshop, you will need to rebook.

Seven Days Before the Workshop
Workshop dates can be transferred to a scheduled workshop date, if at least seven days notice is given, there will be a administration fee, per person, of £10 for craft workshops and £20 for Sewing Workshops.

Re-bookings must be made within six months of original booking date.

Twin Made Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for six months and can be used for Twin Made Workshops and Craft Kits, they can not be used for collaborative workshops.

Please ensure you have redeemed the voucher before the expiry date. You can redeem a Twin Made Gift Voucher by emailing me.

Anti Social Behaviour

Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated. If you are rude or aggressive to me or staff at The Corp Market, you will be asked to leave the workshop and your workshop fee will not be refunded.
