Twin Made T-Shirt Quilt Guide - Fully Illustrated - Clear Guide - Tips!

£5.00

We have been running our T-shirt quilt workshop for over five years and we are now sharing our guide so you can make your very own at home.

This is a clear and fully illustrated guide with no sewing jargon.

You will learn how to prepare your t-shirts, piece them together, sew and layer the quilt and add a binding.

We also show you a simple version without binding and some suggestions on what to do with your leftover bits of t-shirts.

To make a quilt: you will need: a pile of t-shirts, cardboard to create a template, measuring tape, fabric scissors, pins, safety pins, needle and thread and a sewing machine, backing fabric such as fleece - about 2 metres or slightly bigger than you need to use for the binding, wadding.

Optional: Jersey Needle for your sewing machine - some work fine without, pen and paper to plan out your quilt, paper scissors and roller cutter and cutting mat instead of scissors, wadding - this will make the blanket thicker and warmer.
